Moorabbin Aviation Services has been training pilots since 1990 with a 100% Safety Record

We have a fleet of over 50 aircraft that are distributed over our 4 campuses as needed. We maintain a ratio of approximately 1 aircraft to 6 students, so there are always plenty of aircraft available for our students.

Our Approvals:

  • Air Operator Certificate issued by Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA)
  • Air Operator CertificatCASA Approved Testing Officers on Staffe issued by Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA)

  • Approved under CRICOS for International Student Training

  • A Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)

  • Approved by Civil Aviation Authority China (CAAC)

Our Campuses:

We have 4 campuses

  • Moorabbin Airport in Melbourne. This is the main training airport in the South East of Melbourne. Our local and private international students train here.
  • Mangalore Airport is 1.5 hours north of Melbourne. At our Mangalore campus we train cadet pilots for China Southern Airlines 
  • Bendigo 
  • Echuca

Our Courses:

  • Private Pilot Licence

  • Commercial Pilot Licence (with or without Diploma of Aviation AVI50219)

  • Multi Engine Endorsement

  • Instrument Rating (with or without Diploma  of Aviation AVI50519)

  • Instructor Rating

  • High Performance Aircraft Training (HPAT)
  • Aerobatics Endorsement
